Zero service, broken promises, clueless staff
<p>I have been trying to arrange for FedEx to collect an item for return since 16/11/16. I was contacted by a lady with some instructions, I requested that she put those details into an email for me, but she has failed to do so. I have made several calls to FedEx and nobody has bothered to give me feedback. Please can somebody tell me when my parcel will be collected??? I expect feedback by close of business today.</p>
