Long story short: Was not in the office when my parcel was delivered. Mathys Bronkhorst, the FedEx delivery, guy promised to deliver it the following day to the office, and he booked it back in at their warehouse in Johannesburg. Following day, I called Mathys to find out about the parcel, understandably, he had no clue. Lindo Zulu, Mathys' supervisor, tracked the parcel and located it in Pretoria. He promised to have it back in Johannesburg and delivered to any address that would be convenient for me. It was delivered on time.

Shoutout to Mathys Bronkhorst and his supervisor, Lindo Zulu, for making sure that the parcel gets to me at the time they said it would. Also, I appreciate the phone calls they made to me during the whole process of tracking the "lost" parcel. They really assured me that I would get it and I did. THEY KEPT THEIR WORD.
