Wrong tariff heading on parcel

I would like to take this moment and say thank you to Charlene Fester for assisting me greatly with items I shipped in from Belgium. There was a clearance delay with the goods due to wrong tariff information being provided to customs and as can be imagined I was very frustrated. I would like to say thank you and also thank you to Ramona Munsami for being of great help.<br> <br> In future I would appreciate it if you could inform us on time if there are any issues with parcels coming from overseas instead of just waiting for the customer to contact you. That would put us at ease and speed up any hiccups that might occur.<br> <br> Have a great day.
