75 phonecalls, 40 emails, 5 parties @ Fedex, 3 personal visits to the airport to pass paperwork between customs and Fedex and 4 weeks after my URGENT package arrived in country, the package has finally been released only to be informed delivery has been delayed again. NEVER in my life have I met such an incongruous team of completely disinterested people at a company. you should be ashamed to offer your service as International Priority. International disaster is more apt!
