Worst Shipping experience

I am currently having the worst experience of my life with shipping imports from China to south africa. There is no one to assist with the current issue, I have paid the duty and import taxes, now that the package is at elands fontein the package is held back "because the import tax still needs to be paid" after all proofs have been submitted.

No one answers a phone call and no management available to discuss the poor service. This is unacceptable, I can not run a business like this.
