Worst service of my life.

My request was a simple one, open a courier account and receive sample goods from china for a large project. on the 6th of March 2015 I went to the Midrand FedEx and spoke to a woman named Veronica Mabaso who promised that I would be ready to ship my samples in 1 maximum 2 days, I explained the urgency and she assured me it would be done by the 11th latest. The 11th came and Veronica was unavailable all day, the 12th cam it was the same story so I went to the branch and was told she was not at the office. another lady helped me and assured me it would be done by Friday, Friday came and went. Veronica then got back to me on Monday with promises of the completion of my account by Tuesday morning, I have now been told Wednesday morning and been assured that my goods will be here at least one day after my deadline. simply put I trusted a brand and it has let me down severely. I am now in contact with TNT where I hope my business will be taken seriously. I fear this awful service has cost me a big piece of business. Thank you so much Veronica. Ill be recommending anything other than FedEx to all my clients and peers from now on. Disgusting.
