Worst Service Levels

Their service levels is all promises, but not one promise is honoured. This is now the 4th parcel that we have delays on delivery or that we have to go and collect ourselves at our own costs after paying their full Fedex fees. There is only two or three individuals that try to assist and still the promises made turns out to be lies. This is the worst level of service we have experienced from any courier company deal with and their is a few as we send parcels as well to various clients. We would recommend to make use of any other courier company as Fedex is all promises and no delivery on time.
