Worst service in SA

If you want the worst service on earth then go ahead and use TNT South Africa. Actually use them if you don’t want services at all.

They don’t phone you, or contact you unless you try and get hold of them. Their one number is down and the other one you wait forever to speak to a consultant that has no clue what’s going on

My parcel arrived in SA days ago and they don’t bother contact me with regards to clearance of the parcel. Even after I called them, I still haven’t got any response.

Other shipping agents like Aramex and DHL would have contacted me before the shipment even arrives in SA for clearance.

Really beyond ridiculous
