Worst service from STOP DEPARTMENT including management.

I'm really at a point where I've had it with FedEx it's been a month and I still dont have my package. I've asked for an invoice on the 23rd and Nicole has since not gotten back to me. I called asked for my case to get resigned to someone else but this also this agent is MIA. I need to know what the hell is happening! I want my package its ridiculous that I need to call any follow up every damn time and customer service doesn't provide any information this was escalated to all the superiors but they too dont care to respond to emails. I've emailed Cannie, Jannie, Bradley, Sanjeen and Johannes but still no response what does a person need to do to get their package????
