Worst service from FedEx, non of the customer care consultants have an answer to anything they'd rather hang up!!!!

I've been sent from corner to corner with Regards to my package I sent all the necessary documentation that's needed but still no one at fedex can tell me what is happening with my package I spend hours on the phone only to be hung up on! This is by far the worst service ever received from FedEx! My package was scheduled to arrive today but it hasnt left Johannesburg!!! This is a matter of urgency... I'm running a business and this is affecting my business!!!!
