Worst service experience ever
<p>I ordered a parcel from China and the supplier used Tnt for courier services in April. I was told my parcel was held by customs and I needed to pay penalty fees to have it released which I did and after that I haven't heard from them until today. I'm the one running after them and later found out that their system has been down and will be until further notice. I mean surely there must be a way to release our parcels while they deal with their system issues. It's been almost two months, I'm frustrated I don't know what to do anymore. I just really need my parcel.</p>

Kindly be advised that TNT together with many other Gobal companies were affected by a ransomware attack on 27 June. This has had an impact on our system and services.
All TNT depots, hubs and facilities are operational and most TNT services are available. Some customers are still experiencing widespread service and invoicing delays, and manual processes are being used to facilitate a significant portion of TNT operations and customer service functions. We continue to work together to bring critical systems back online.
