Worst service EVER!!!

Fedex is the worst shipping company EVER, they cannot tell me where my package is since the 29th November we have had communication with Portia Gumata whom advised that our order would be delivered on the 30th November and just as the package did not arrive Portia went missing too and has not responded to a single email since. There after I have been in contact with Komala Naidu she has also failed to advise where my package is, apparently they attempted delivery but our business was closed the problem with that is they delivering to a residential address and there is always someone there? The last time their system was updated was on the 30th November today is the 5th December and they still can't tell me where our package is. Finally I spoke to a manager Lee however Lee advised she would call me back with an update in 30 minutes almost 2hours ago. Close your doors don't do business you guys are a disgrace to every forwarding company out there!!!!! All I want to know is WHERE IS MY DELIVERY????????

Lunga, You called me at 13:37 telling me the same story the previous callers told me you need to email your service provider to get an update. I cannot believe that in this day and age telephones do not work or even that you at FedEx clearly has NO control over your own business. I understand that you are using a 3rd party, however that is neither my concern we paid FedEx yet FedEx cannot give me answers!!!!!! Are there managers? Operation managers at FedEx or anyone who knows how to use a telephone to please with tears in my eyes phone the Managing Director at Phakisa Logistics to give you answers it is not rocket science people!!!!

So after all this my shipment is missing if you go read all my emails I told you this in the morning. There are NO words for the extremely bad service we have received from FedEx. No one should ever use this service bad is an understatement.

Undate on the worst company EVER!! They confirmed that they LOST my package I just received a call stating that they will not be doing a full refund. To anyone wanting to use a shipping company this is not the one to use they should rather not do any business every single comment on Hello Peter is negative says a lot about this ********. RUN from these *********** people!!!!!!!!
