Worst service ever

I wonder if it would help to complain on here as it seems the managers at FedEx don't like answering their phones. We have shipments sitting at FedEx for a month now. It was a struggle to actually get any feedback from anyone at FedEx. No one seems to care to answer emails or answer their phones. So our shipment are released according to one manager, but now they can't be delivered due to some other reason. Trying to get answers on this is another nightmare. So wondering if this complaint here will actually get someone at FedEx to sort this mess out urgently!
