Worst service ever

We use them often but every shipment is a total nightmare. We struggle for weeks to get the documentation from them and in result we have SARS on our backs requesting the documentation from our company. Endless phone calls and dozens of mail with no response and on a rainy day I do receive a reply it is just empty promises and it's causing heavy problems for our company. Is there any companies in the industry that I can use?
