Worst service and *********** staff

This is by far the worst service I've ever received. My order was supposed to arrive last week Wednesday but didnt arrive. I called yesterday 17/06 they said they will send it out the next day definitely... I recieved a text saying my package will arrive before 5PM, its 17:41 I've been calling Rustenburg branch with no help I called the driver who **** and said he was on his way then later when I call again he says he is rushing somewhere else he will deliver my package. He is rushing to the township while passing Town where I live maybe because that package is more important than mine? I'm literally made to beg for something I paid for this is ridiculous. I'll never use FedEx ever again.
