WORST SERVICE
ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
I booked an international collection a week ago. My parcel still hasn't been collected because TNT is requiring 'codes' and my supplier does not know what the codes are and TNT wont assist. I have been trying to find out from my side in SA and have been hold for over 2 hours, been hungup on over 10 times. No one calls back. No one assists. IF this parcel ever gets collected it will be my last!!
