Worst service

I’ve had a parcel sent from China on the 19th April 2016 (GD***WW). I was contacted on the 20th April 2016 for the custom clearances. It takes them from the 22nd to the 26th April 2016 just to send me an invoice to pay the duties after I’ve phoned and emailed every one repeatedly. After I made the payment and they confirmed they received the payment on the 28th April 2016 they still haven’t delivered or arranged to have the parcel delivered to me. Each time I query the status they say the will instruct the warehouse that they have received the payment and can send the parcel out for delivery. This is the worst service from a courier company I’ve experienced ever WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
