WORST NIGHTMARE COURIER

My next step is Consumer Ombudsman!! My package has not been updated since 13 August 2020!! The shipper in USA was told by Fedex drop off that my parcel was filed ABANDONED within days of arriving, apparently this is common when packages reach SA FedEx?! We have tried on both ends to get some kind of communication going but nobody answers the phone nor any replies to emails. ALL documentation was sent off multiple times and all duties and taxes fully paid. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE AND WHY ISN'T IT BEING UPDATED!! Reviews on FB and Downdetector are all constant with what is happening and no one in Management is taking responsibility. *******, SLACK AND *********** SERVICE ALL ROUND. Save yourself the worst stress imaginable and don't use this company.
