Worst freight company to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long does it take to get a VAT invoice out of TNT? 4 DAYS AND STILL WAITING!!!!!!! This is not the first time we used TNT for imports, and EVERY TIME it takes a week to get our parcel. Send all information, and tariff headings 3 days ago, parcel cleared under the incorrect tariff headings, now we have to wait another 24 hours. NEVER USE TNT, THE WORST FREIGHT COMPANY EVER. Rather use DHL, a lot faster and more efficient.
