Worst first time experience with TNT Express Shipping | TNT South Africa,

I usually use Aramex, Fedex and DHL for my shipments but this time my supplier used TNT and wow what a terrible service, I had to call in everyday to follow up on my Shipment and when I call they tell me to contact Hellen on *** then the number doesn't go through, then i contact reception on *** where Samantha picks up and tries to put me through to Helen or Helen's team because there's never an answer from Helen's line for three days in a row not getting through to Helen and her team, when i track the shipment its at TNT Location since the 10th September and no one has contacted me.

Poor Customer service, Lesson learned, will stick to Aramex, Fedex and DHL shipments always delivered within 10 working days.
