Worst ever service of TNT

We ordered things from China and used TNT under the impression that they're the best but now it's clear they're the worst courier company to use and when you think they will let you know what to do you end up being the one calling them to check your parcel while it's sitting by their company. And you always pay extra for what i don't know because if we were only paying for customs i would understand but every parcel we have to pay extra and i don't know if it's only here in South Africa where we get ********** or what and all i can say is that it's a disgusting cos in most cases when you call they would refuse to give you their name
