Worst delivery service ever

Just had a bad experience,for the second time let me add with your delivery service.And it is the same problem as before.I don't understand what is the problem with your drivers calling when he is outside the building or atleast on his way so that I can go and open for him.And it is always with tfg packages.So today he decided he will send an sms when he is outside and expected me to see the sms immediately,I mean really does it make sense.The after a while he decides and he drops before I could pick up the phone but I called him immediately and Moses rudely tells me he sent an sms and I disnt respond,he even had to go buy airtime to call me he left.I am battling to understand why with fedex there is a problem with calling when you are outside.I buy online from different companies all the time,deal with different courier companies all the time,no issue with calling when outside,no hassles whatsover,but No..not with fedex.I wonder why tfg still continue to use U because I am sure I am not the only one with this problem.Rude people with poor service.
