WORST DELIVERY COMPANY

FedEx is probably the most *********** courier I have ever dealt with. I placed my order with Takealot who the 27th jan infomercial me the order was dispatched and I got notified that it will b delivered the 29th Jan. Well it was not delivered by FedEx as promised. I keep having to call both take a lot and FedEx. FedEx told me they had an rusternburg adress meanwhile I'm in joburg ..how the he'll does that happen when my details are correct from the order side???? I gave them the right address and was told it will b sent tomorrow being today and it STILL NOT HERE. I HATE DEALING WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE.. IF YOU DO TOO DO NOT USELL FEDEX ALONG WITH TAKEALOT. No one wants to take responsibility between these 2 companies
