Worst customer experience
FedEx SA must be one of the worst if not the worst companies from a customer service perspective. My parcel had been delayed for close to 2 months and the representative dealing with it does not seem to be bothered. I have been to the offices twice and I always do the follow ups. This is actually a horrible experience, hence I would advise against using this company for any shipment.
