Worst Couriers TNT

TNT must be the worst courier company in South Africa. I have now had a couple of bad experiences with TNT and only used them a couple of times. The clearance department is so bad that it is pathetic. Getting hold of people on the phones is a Challenge to say the least and when you do the service is shocking. I have asked my suppliers to never use TNT again. They should change their slogan to NEVER ON TIME. You know it’s bad when you start remembering tracking numbers by heart, from all the times trying to contact them.
