Worst Courier Services we have had the misfortune

This report seems to be a repeat of just about every other person that have had to deal with TNT Express in Johannesburg. I am expecting an urgent delivery from a client in the UK. It was shipped from the UK on the 24th September and as of today (9th October) we have still not received the item. Dealing with the 'call centre' in Johannesburg is a living nightmare, with nobody seemingly in charge or responsible for their actions. We have had to deal with TNT Express, as that the courier that our client used in the UK. Hopefully we will never have to deal with TNT Express Johannessburg again.<br> <br> SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
