Worst courier service ever

It took them more than 2 months to deliver a parcel that was in the country on 5 December. There call center is atrocious and the individual I had to deal with does not know what he is doing, I had to mail him almost on a daily basis to try and get a response. His manager does not answer his phone or ignore any attempt of contact.
