Worst courier on planet

Worst courier service ever. Out of all the companies I have ever used Fedex is 2nd last after the post office. They do not even have a proper phone number to call for enquiries regarding parcels and they take days to answer emails. When stopped by customs they are just as useless in clearing parcels. DHL etc are on it and seldom penalties needed but FEDEX do not know how to do it properly. 3-4 day delivery is now 5 weeks later and they are out of their dept. If Koketso send you a mail be worried because your parcel will surely be lost.
