WORST COURIER COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go again, so i get promised that FEDEX is so much better then TNT system. I booked a parcel to go from SA to go to New Zealand. I asked if it will be there by the 20 Nov? Yes it will. Sent it on 11 Nov, it gives them 9 days to deliver. Since 17 Nov my parcel has been in Australia until NOW. If i ask why the delay, there is a mechanical fault. Surely from 17th until now, there must of been a flight that went out. YOU ARE ONE HORRIBLE COURIER SERVICE - I CANNOT BELIEVE I PUT MY TRUST IN YOU AGAIN TO DELIVER A BIRTHDAY GIFT THAT WAS A SURPRISE BUT YOU MISSED IT. IT WAS ON THE 20 NOV. So disappointed!!!
