Worst company ever Fedex

I sent a consignment two weeks ago, made payment and it was collected for shipment. I have been following up with the consultant Ameer Wagner because I have not been able to track. I sent over 50 emails asking if they can let me know how to track as this is an urgent parcel consisting of graduation gowns and graduation date has already been set for this week Wednesday. Finally when I bombered them with 1 email per minute, did they try to find out where the parcel is! It's actually still at their warehouse at OR Tambo and has not moved. Not even sure what to sy about this company. This is the worst company ever. And to think that I chose them because of their brand. Please beware of this company. Rather use other couriers.
