Worse courier express services with unprofessional staff

This courier company just doesn't care,they have the most unprofessional uncaring agents with an annoying lax attitude when you call. Firstly FedEx asked me to pay custom fees for a package tgat has not even left China and now tgey are failing to deliver to me the package is still stuck in China. I should have received package on the 18 April but now we are in May,they don't seem to have any sense of urgency about it. I'm very unhappy and annoyed with this situation cause its HIGHKY unfair. Please deliver my package to me ASAP ,way Bill number is ***
