Works international delivery company
FedEx South Africa's service is TERRIBLE. Have emailed multiple people and asked for contact numbers, as none of theirs works, to sort out why my boss's package has not been delivered yet (and everything was sent, invoices, etc. and PAID), but you just don't get feedback. There people were all emailed, with NO RESPONSE: Asanda Gulwa Michelle Potgieter Samuel Dikgang Llwellyn Muller AND Customer Service... No one is getting back to us or is responding.
DO not use FedEx to have packages shipped to South Africa!
