Usually I only use UPS for my overseas shipments, but gave TNT a chance. Its been OVER A MONTH after I've paid customs and they still haven't delivered, every single day I contact them and every day they have a new excuse.
HOW LONG can it take to deliver from JHB to PTA???
This is beyond ridiculous. And I paid more than any other shipping company charged.
I'm a regular BIG imported and they will never ever see my business again... (THROUGH UPS I usually pay customs and they deliver the very next day, so if you need a courier company rather opt for UPS)
