Will package ever be delivered? Worst service ever

I ordered a package to be delivered from overseas. No one ever called me to tell me it was stuck at customs. Eventually, after 5 times, I got hold of someone and could pay the customs duty. BUT I also had to pay another TNT fee in addition to the fee I initially paid which no one ever told me I would have to pay. <br> <br> So now I'm told all is in order they will deliver the goods to me. Next day I get another email. It says I must pay duties, but the amounts are so incorrect they are laughable. Waiting ten minutes for someone at TNT to answer they eventually say its a mistake and they will call be back to arrange delivery.<br> <br> Guess what? No one calls back. There is no way to make sure my package will ever be delivered. Each time its about to be delivered a new mysterious charge suddenly appears. Will TNT ever call back? Will my package be delivered before 2016? There is no way to know as no one at TNT seems to be able to action anything.<br> <br> Worst courier service ever.
