Who can quote me?
Does anyone know who to call who has decision-making authority at Fedex Express in South Africa? We cannot get any information on why our package is stuck in customs, and no-one can quote me to send the package back to the sender in the USA. The call centre team have no information and not authority, what a terrible place to work!
