When there is a problem - hope you are not using FedEx
I have a problem with a shipment from the USA. the customer service consultants keep giving me the same story, which is not acceptable to me. I need more information and need to speak to a senior person at Head Office. Surprise! No number on the internet except the customer services number. After pleading with them they gave me a number, which only rings and then cuts of. Long story short: I have repeated this process 4 times (excluding the numerous times when I got cut off) without success. It is therefore clear that FedEx is only interested in taking the money, but does not want to actually provide good service. Try someone else if you need a courier.

I again tried all the numbers, including cell phone numbers. Still no reply!!
I now have no alternative, but to cancel a very expensive order from the USA. I wonder how fedEx there will respond to the treatment we are receiving here, or maybe it is a world-wide phenomenon?
