When can i expect delivery
ON the 24th December 2019 Pharmacy Direct dispatched my medication for Fedex to deliver. This was apparently done on the 27 December 2019, but apparently the company was closed I did not get a call from the courier Today is the 07 January 2020 and i have still not received my medication Chenton told me yesterday it will be delivered yesterday afternoon and i am still waiingf

07 Jan 2020, 16:42Still no one has called me. I called in and was put on hold for so long my airtime got finished. I used the chat facility and Refilwe K ended the chat on me and I asked to be contacted she did nothing about it.
Still have not received my medication and this is a blood thinner which is serious and vital medication.
What legal recourse I have as you have played with my life for your incompetence. I have a written email from Pharmacy Direct that states Fed ex admits the error is in their side
