What does it take to get a response, TNT?

I have an overseas parcel, which has just arrived in South Africa via your service. I have been trying for two days, to get details as to when delivery can be expected and requested a tax invoice for the VAT - with absolutely no response from you! The "express" part of your name appears to be a misnomer in South Africa....

Now the 21st and still no response, by email or via HP! This parcel landed on Dec 13. Seems TNT are trying very hard to emulate the SA Post Office. You are, in my eyes, a top contended for worst service provider in SA!

Another 24 hours have gone by and absolutely no word from TNT. If anyone reading this wants to get valuable goods shipped between A and B quickly, don't be foolish and use them. They have no interest in providing a decent service. If still unresolved by end of next week, I will be summonsing the SA MD into the Small Claims Court for the financial inconvenience caused.

The term "service" should be removed from your signature as it is patently misleading. The "stop" has been dragging on for over 2 weeks now & the goods are correctly invoiced and duty free. I'm ensuring that the manufacturer/shipper in China has sight of these posts, so that they can re-evaluate their logistics partner when shipping around the world. Let's see how much longer you can frustrate what should have been a fast process. I reserve all my rights.
