Weak Delivery service and professionalism

My package was stuck at customs... that okay it was sorted after a few days. Now my package has cleared customs BUT I can't get delivery???? Was supposed to come on Tuesday but apparently my address was wrong which is ludicrous. After speaking 5 times to customer care, my package would've been delivered Tuesday, Wednesday and now today??? Every time is a different excuse. 1st it was address and now its because the driver had a "breakdown"? Fedex people always have excuses and it is appalling that TEMU AND WISH have better and quicker service delivery. If i don't get my package this week, I'm personally going to the Johannesburg branch.

1st they cant capture my information correctly and now the driver has problems. I phoned 4 ****** times to make sure they have my information.
