Waiting for the 13 days for customs to clear
I have recently started using Fedex for my international shipments and up until now I’ve received the best service. I’m so disappointed and angry that I have been waiting for a shipment from China for the past 13 days. They keep saying there’s a backlog with customs however I received other parcels that were shipped way after this specific one. Everytime I call I get the same excuse. My business depends on that parcel, it’s quite unfair that I have to wait this long.

I call again this morning and the lady was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. I’m beyond upset. And please don’t respond with your automated message, I want real answers
