Waiting for my parcel

<p>I haven't received my parcel from TNT tracking number for my parcel is ********** 63. They are claiming administration fees of R794.12 although initial they said it's R400.00. I have paid full amount of the parcel including shipment. I was very shocked about these developments can you kindly assist me on this matter as I don't know what to do.</p>
