VERY unhappy with FED EX! - REFUSE TO RELEASE MY GIFT PACKAGE - Because they incorrectly labeled the package?!

VERY unhappy with FED EX!

I was due to receive a parcel from over seas almost a week ago! This package is a gift from a friend overseas. Federal Ex in JHB are sitting with my package and refuse to dispatch it to me. Because Fed Ex in America labeled the box incorrectly -she labeled this box Personal Effects / Items something like that. The Sender of the package specifically said to not label it that, to label it as a GIFT package.

Fed Ex phoned me this morning wanting me to sign a personal effects form, and to label / name and price every single item in the box - tell me if this is a gift how the hell am I supposed to know whats in the box - this is extremely unprofessional and this type of customer service / behavior is not what we expected from a company like Fed Ex?!

I had better receive my package today from Fed Ex!
