Very Unhappy Client
Absolutely the worst courier service in South Africa Having the worst experience with this useless company. My international shipment has been stuck in Johannesburg since MAY (MONTHS). NO-ONE replies to emails with any useful information. We are dealing with Shimane B Kau | Clearance Administrator | FedEx Express with no success. Our Client is threatening to cancel his order because we can not get from FedEx. Worst Company ever. If the client cancels we will reporting to the Customers act. We will invoice FedEx for this clients cancelled order.
