VERY Poor service from Fedex Express

Fedex deserves a MINUS-5star rating. i've been waiting for a shipment from Italy to be delivered since the 5th of August. i mailed Judy Nyathikazi and Karabo Mabiletsa, i've been phoning a few times every day. they cannot bother to contact me back, via mail or telephonically. i will NEVER use Fedex again. they've given me numbers that don't exist. i finally got a number that works. the offices open at 08.00, i phoned continuously, and eventually someone bothered to pick up at 08.11. but they kept on dropping the call, i phoned back continuously till 08.40, and finally they gave me a direct number to the one manager, that number also just rings, on a few occasions someone picked up and immediately put down again. i am terribly disappointed as Fedex was a good company. i cannot believe how they still do business with such a lack of proficiency
