Very poor service
Very poor service, both drivers and customer care consultant speak the same language. I asked their driver to deliver my parcel at the site I was working at for that week since I wasn't home. Their driver dropped my parcel were it suits him and never bothered to call me. When I called the care center to figure out what happened, I spoke to unreasonable and rude consultant. At the end of the day I dont have my parcel and no one is able to assist me.
