Very poor service

<p>My package was floor checked for 5 days without going out for delivery. When it stated that they did went out the driver said residence was closed and no one was home witch was untrue for he said he was at my home at 5 and I was still working till 8 and my husband was working outside at that time. I have a Beauty salon and lost clients due to stock I did not have because of lack of delivery. When phoning them I was rudely interupted when I was trying to tell them my problem. I feel this is the poorest service I ever experienced from a courier company.</p>
