Very poor service
Fedex,your clearing agent service is nothing short of pathetic,I am appalled at your bad level of service.my parcel has has still not cleared customs and I get told one thing after another by your clearance agent Tristan Noble.He never responds to my emails and does not keep me informed.i have emails as long as my arm proving this bad service.Today I get told sorry I was off sick...Really.? This is your best response? I highly do not not not not recommend FedEx.this has been going on for 2weeks..I'm done with FEDEX.
