Very dissapointing service!
Fedex O.R.Tambo. Worst service. I have received my package via FedEx O. R. Tambo. This being my 3rd package. The previous 2 packages were released. However this package is being detained due to a permit being required. Why was a permit not required for the previous 2?. Also another importer who is importing the exact same product is allowed to bring it in with no permit and the shipments cleared. Devone Papagni is handling my customs. I've called him over 20 times in the past few days. He does not answer a single call. And is of no assistance. Please help. Your service is disgusting
