Verry little or no feedback and response from Fedex
I have been using Fedex in the past with no problem, This time it is totally different.
Is there anybody that we can contact or come and see in person at Fedex or Customs that my parcel can be released from customs. This is now taking months, At first we got no response from Fedex, phone calls dropped before anybody answered, then emails were not responded to. Eventually I got hold of Ruth and she needed some documents that we emailed to her, still nothing happened. She referred me to Jannie Smit, but could not get in contact with him at all, not by phone or email.
This parcel has been escalated many times, what does escalation mean if there is still no resonance.
Please get this issue resolved as soon as possible

I have been sent from pillar to post by Fedex, Fedex used the wrong form for customs clearance and now we occurred a R7400+ fine from SARS. The were supposed to use a Bill of Entry as prescribed ei DAS500 but used a DA306.
We have been trying to get joy out of Ruth Masego Moyo, Rannono Cannie Molapehoa, Lunga Khaza and Johannes Jacobus Smit. They are totally *********** in doing there job.
We need this matter settled urgently and get the goods released by customs.
It is virtually impossible to get hold of anybody at Fedex and in the micro chance that you do they promise to call you back, this also never happened.
FEDEX IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH IF YOU ARE AN IMPORTER, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH FEDEX AGAIN.
