Thumbs up to Valdemiro from FedEx. I had an urgent document to go to Consulate in Pretoria and used a courier company in Durban. The waybill was incorrectly filled in by the guy who pick up the doc. When I called the company I was told she has no control over this. Like WHAT???? Courier's must have all the control. However I previously used FedEx and Valdemiro gave me excellent service and did not fail this time as well. He arranged for smooth delivery to me. Was on time.
